Experience

Colin oversees the Operations for both the Cincinnati and Columbus furniture businesses.  This includes coordination, project management, warehousing and the installation departments.  A key focus of his is to establish best practices and process consistency across both markets.

Colin comes to LOTH with much experience.  He has always gravitated towards operations and that started at Abercrombie & Fitch where he served in roles within operations, store communications, facilities and construction.  After 17 years at A&F, Colin continued his operational focus at companies that provide software as a service, facilities / project management and stormwater management.  Colin’s last two roles focused heavily on building internal and external service delivery teams, as well as, rewiring the systems across the organization to streamline workflows, communicate better and leverage business intelligence to measure performance.

Colin was born and raised in Ohio and grew up in Westerville.  He went to Wilmington College to play soccer and obtained a degree in Marketing.  He now lives in New Albany with his wife, Kim, two sons, Declan (9) and Carter (7), and their 14-year-old pup named Baxter.  They are wannabe beach bums living in a land locked state!

Colin is well traveled having visited 42 US states and 25 countries.  That has slowed down a bit as he currently spends more of his time running around with his boys and finding excuses to get outside.  He uses grilling and yardwork as productive excuses to get outside and listen to music.  His current grill master skills are just above average, so he is striving to be more adventurous.  Colin is a rare one in that he doesn’t latch on to binge-worthy shows.  If he turns on the television, it’s to relax watching the Reds or to get fired up watching Ohio State and Chicago Bears football.
