Adam Kocher is the Vice President of Sales – Corporate, Healthcare and Education of LOTH since 2017. Adam brings a wealth of industry experience, global perspective and understanding of the local marketplace. Adam’s primary responsibilities include: promoting company values, executing a strategic plan, coaching and developing a high-performing sales team, improving employee engagement, strengthening customer relationships and achieving company goals.
Adam’s industry background includes seven years at Steelcase, with experience ranging in the U.K. Ireland market, to the southern U.S. and greater Cincinnati region.
In addition to Adam’s time at Steelcase, he was formerly the Vice President of Sales at Cresa Partners – an international corporate real estate firm.
In 2009 Adam was recognized by the Cincinnati Business Courier as a Forty Under 40 leader in the Tri State area and received the Rising Star award along with Top Producer honors multiple times in his career.
Adam proudly serves as a Board Member of One Source and supporter of American Heart Association, American Cancer Society and Talbert House,
Adam is a University of Cincinnati graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Real Estate. He resides in the Kenwood area with his wife and two children.
A fun memory took place just last year when I celebrated a milestone birthday. I was talking to a colleague in the hall and J.B. came strolling down the hall playing his guitar and singing happy birthday to me. Good times!
