LOTH Inc. purchased Emerge’s Audio Visual and Cabling division along with Emerge’s 50% interest in our joint venture with EWT. The newly combined entity will be branded as Emerge Workplace Technologies (EWT).
EWT was established as a joint venture between LOTH Inc., an Ohio based corporation and Emerge, a technology corporation based in Northern Kentucky in November of 2014. The EWT organization saw a record setting performance in 2015, validating the focus on addressing the influence of technology integration into the modern workplace. Providing technology consulting, design, installation and on-going support, EWT has a strong understanding of the role technology plays in furniture design and space layout. The purchase of Emerge’s Audio Visual and Cabling Division more than doubles the capabilities of the organization.
As workplace solutions continue to develop and create new ways to engage, collaborate and communicate, EWT is positioned to be on the leading edge of that innovation and provide complementary solutions throughout the region. Emerge IT and EWT will continue to work closely supporting their customer’s workplace technology needs and those customers will continue to recognize the unique value that is being offered.
