Ohio University initiated the construction of its new residence for the Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine, leveraging LOTH’s five-year partnership to fulfill its furniture needs. Collaborating with The Design Group and Perkins & Will, LOTH orchestrated a comprehensive package encompassing furniture, AV equipment, and power solutions for the entire facility, elevating the educational environment. Furthermore, the team strategically tackled essential concerns, including the creation of collaborative spaces, aiming to bolster talent retention and attraction.
