LOTH built a strong partnership with the team at Coastal Ridge after creating a timeless design on budget and on time. The design team focused on a plan to address workplace issues such as culture cultivation and collaboration to meet the client’s needs.
The complex space was split by the first floor lobby causing the team to develop solutions to overcome the challenge of cohesiveness. Design experts aligned the layout to enhance the culture within the workplace and gain ground on attracting + retaining talent in the market. Coastal Ridge selected a prime location on the commons and added beer on tap…who wants to schedule a visit now?!
