Icon Commerce

Icon Marketing relocated to a beautiful, historic building within the Covington community as growth continued for the advertising agency. Icon selected to partner with LOTH after feeling that the team truly listened to the project needs and translated them into a design that met the aesthetic goals for the new space. Being creatives themselves, they were looking for alternatives to the traditional workstation look while keeping within budget. Upon visiting the Cincinnati Work Studio, the Icon team fell in love with the West Elm Greenpoint desking vignette narrowing their look and feel preferences for furnishings.

A Custom Solution

The team was looking for LOTH to create a design concept with supportive workspaces that offered the ability to collaborate and co-create as a team, but offer privacy for heads down creative work. To enhance culture within the workplace, LOTH added shared storage elements, smaller more intimate meeting spaces near the workstations for impromptu discussions.

During the discovery process, Icon shared with the LOTH project team a goal to design a space that would help retain and attract talent as they anticipated continued growth within the creative market. The designers built a custom solution that included casual ancillary spaces as well as traditional meeting rooms to support the needs of multiple generations. The beautiful, creative aesthetic of the urban rustic architecture and colorful furnishings were married together, creating an enticing, desirable environment to work.
