Jeff Burgess came to LOTH from Toyota Boshoku America where he was responsible for all aspects of IT from strategic direction, budgeting, and enterprise support. His background also includes GE where he worked in IT for multiple business areas including commercial engines, military systems, supply chain and business development. While at GE, he became a certified GE Six Sigma Blackbelt working with business leaders to establish digitization goals with a focus on business process improvement and cost savings. After GE, he became the IT leader (VP of Information Technology) at Jarden Home Brands. Jeff graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science.

advice for the next generation of business leaders
If you want to inspire your people, then set an example for your organization. People are watching and will judge you and your ability to lead by what you do. If you want integrity in your workforce, then act with integrity.
