The Jeff On10th
When Miller Valentine Construction set out to develop Jeff on 10th , their mission was clear – to “transform expectations of modern luxury apartment living.”
This beautiful new mixed-used development does just that, through several distinctive amenity spaces including a lobby, clubroom, work lounge, leasing offices, and conference room, along with two model units, all of which make up about 5,940 sq. ft. of indoor space. Residents are also able to enjoy themselves with a health and wellness center and can host watch parties in a sports entertainment lounge. An additional 11,348 sq. ft. of outdoor space was also fully furnished in their courtyard, complete with a fire-pit, dog park areas, and heated saltwater swimming pool giving the future residents a dynamic and relaxing place to enjoy outside. This community also offers electric car charging stations, allowing residents to park, charge and relax!

The LOTH team was able to streamline and simplify Miller Valentine’s project execution by working closely with our internal construction services team (SWS) to monitor and warehouse product together until they were ready to be installed. LOTH’s process alleviated excess project coordination for the construction team, and made the process easy by proactively monitoring the construction schedule to coordinate phased delivery of product as needed on site.
Through constant communication with the developer and A&D firm, LOTH was able to help transform this project into a beautiful, vibrant living community that will provide a community of people with a place they can call home.
