Experience

As Vice President of Organizational Development,  Stacy will be leading LOTH’s efforts to develop strategies for optimizing people development, processes, systems, and culture to support and accelerate our business performance.  She will also oversee all Human Resources functions.

Stacy grew up in a small town in NW Ohio called Bryan.  It’s the home of the Dum-Dums sucker and the Etch A Sketch. She graduated from The Ohio State University with BA in Criminology and has her MA in Organizational Management from University of Phoenix.  She is also Everything DiSC certified, Predictive Index certified, and is a Certified Professional Coach.

Stacy comes to LOTH with considerable experience.  Stacy started in recruiting at BMW Financial Services, where she spent 5 years in various HR roles before relocating to Louisville, Kentucky.  In Louisville she worked as a Recruiter at a small, family-owned energy consulting firm (Summit Energy, now Schneider Electric), as an HR Manager for Brown-Forman (the parent company of Jack Daniel’s), and as a Human Capital Consultant at Humana.  She relocated back to Columbus in 2012 and worked for Alliance Data as a Senior HR Business Partner. Most recently, she spent 10 years as an HR Business Partner for Simpson Strong-Tie, a building materials manufacturer and distributor, where she was the senior HR leader over multiple locations serving 24 states.

Stacy currently lives in in Dublin with her two kids, Cooper and Ella.  Her son Cooper is freshman in high school and her daughter Ella is in 7th grade.  They also have 2 fur babies – Lemmy, a Cavachon and Sofie, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.  Her parents relocated to Loveland last year, and both her brother and her sister live with their families in Montgomery.  She is excited to see more of them when she is in the Cincinnati office.

When she is not working, Stacy is an avid Peloton rider!  She loves cycling and has recently started doing more yoga and Pilates.  She enjoys shopping and loves to travel, mainly to the beach.  Her favorite bingeworthy TV shows are crime shows and documentaries.  One of Stacy’s favorite things to do is attend her kids’ events.  Her son is on the bowling team and her daughter plays club lacrosse and the trumpet, and is also in Taiko, a Japanese drumming group.
