Do our part to keep our community safe. The community to which we live, work and provide dedicated services to day-in and day-out. This is our priority during this time of uncertainty.  

The ever-evolving situation related to COVID-19 has certainly been concerning, and we are sure you have experienced the same uncertainties and questions. We have been closely monitoring state and local officials recommendations for minimizing the impact of the Novel Coronavirus.   

As we evaluate necessary actions related to employee, community, or customer welfare, our team’s guiding principles include being proactive, prioritizing Employee, Customer and Community Health and Wellbeing in all decisions, striving for minimal disruption for our customers and partners, and fact-based transparency at all times. 

Effective March 19, our front office team members will be working remotely to support our customers by virtual means through May 1, 2020. We will continue to schedule showroom appointments as needed but are prepared to be available to you through virtual or phone meetings. The light will shine post-COVID 19 and we are here to help prepare you to return to normal business operations.  

At this time, the LOTH installation and warehouse teams will remain onsite, provided they do not show signs of illness, in order to meet the needs of our customers and active projects. We will adhere to the newly set recommendations passed down from Governor DeWine and take employee temperatures each day. In addition, we continue to take all recommended action steps in virus prevention provided by the CDC. 

As an aligned dealer for Steelcase, the industry’s leader in logistics and supply chain management, along with our other top manufacturing partners and service providers, we remain confident in our ability to deliver for you. We do not anticipate any notable disruption to project schedules. We will notify customers on a case by case basis if anything changes in this regard.
