Lument was previously located in two different downtown office buildings and spread out across multiple floors. They felt that impromptu collaboration was lacking. To solve for a growing amount of collaborative work and compressing their real estate footprint, they transitioned to one location with four renovated floors of space.

Lument was impressed with LOTH’s ability to offer a white variety of solutions at price points that would allow them to meet their budget. This was a very complex project with many moving parts. LOTH helped to relocate roughly 100 people from one building to another.  Effective communication from our operations team was critical in ensuring that we met their project timelines. Our project team provided new workstations, private offices, and ancillary furnishings. We also worked with Lument to take inventory and reconfigure existing workstations and private offices.

Lument chose to place an emphasis on their café space with higher end finishes, natural light and functional yet well designed furnishings.  This is a space that is to be celebrated by employees and visitors.

The success of the project has allowed their employees to connect with one another in a variety of settings including a more traditional meeting space as well as informal lounge spaces.  The café has become a central gathering spot for their employees and is used socially as well as professionally.
