LOTH started their relationship with ROOT when they were a startup in a small downtown  historic building with a handful employees. Wejoined them on their journey of where they are  presently, having moved into a new build high-rise with over 800 employees. We were able to  guide the client who was new to the design and build process, though each step of the  process while keeping them on time and within budget.

LOTH created spaces that teams could use as a community for celebrations, all-hands meetings, and socializing. We worked  quickly and systematically to provide a large project deliverable in a short window of team  and also provided several custom furniture solutions with local manufacturers as well as a  blended solution from our trusted commercial vendors including Steelcase, OFS, AMQ, Friant and Special T.
