For over two decades, LOTH has had the privilege of partnering with the Joseph Auto Group, delivering thoughtfully designed environments that elevate the automotive customer experience. The new Genesis of North Cincinnati dealership is no exception. This project is the result of a long-standing relationship and a shared commitment to excellence.

Brought into the project through a trusted connection between LOTH ownership and the Joseph Auto Group, this venture also marks another successful collaboration with Elevar Design Group, our valued design partner.

While Genesis, as a brand, has strict standards for showroom furnishings, LOTH worked closely with both the client and Elevar to find cost-effective alternatives that upheld the required performance and aesthetic guidelines. By recommending creative substitutions such as laminate worksurfaces instead of veneer, we achieved meaningful savings without compromising the refined, luxurious feel Genesis is known for.

This wasn’t our first project with Joseph Auto Group. Previous collaborations on Columbia Hyundai, Joseph Airport Hyundai, and Airport Toyota gave the client full confidence in our ability to deliver results tailored to their goals and brand standards.

Now complete, Genesis of North Cincinnati boasts a polished, sophisticated look, defined by clean lines, subtle details, and a welcoming atmosphere. From the showroom to the customer lounge, every space reflects the Genesis brand promise of comfort, style, and quality.
