My most meaningful memory was when my mother past away and all of my LOTH peers and employees showed up to the funeral. The show of support and respect will always be a great LOTH memory. Thankful for all the great LOTH team members!
advice for the next generation of business leaders
Listen, personally coach, and always be positive.
To build the most efficient, skilled, and respected operations departments in the area and to excel at customer service.
A true leader has the confidence to stand alone, the courage to make tough decisions, and the compassion to listen to the needs of others. He does not set out to be a leader, but becomes one by the equality of his actions and the integrity of his intent.
