TriHealth – Good Samaritan Western Ridge

In 2019, LOTH was awarded four TriHealth buildings to partner for interior space solutions. As TriHealth continues to expand services and greater access for their patients across Cincinnati, selecting LOTH who could deliver a solution at this scale was essential.

The designers hit the ground running blending together solutions for focused work, collaboration, and privacy spaces. We worked with the TriHealth project team to create improvements for employee retention and attraction by adding more collaboration spaces and shared resources such as the live plant wall, 25-bay infusion center and new CT + Imaging.

Our team worked with these key manufacturers to deliver products that fit the needs for each of the spaces:

• (8) Snap Cabs were installed for telehealth and doctor dictation
• Office spaces were equipped with all Steelcase furniture
• Lobby spaces included OFS and Carolina branded furniture products
• A custom living wall was installed by Urban Blooms

This beautiful, new outpatient medical campus has now expanded access for the community in both primary care and specialty services such as the TriHealth Cancer + Heart Institutes. As part of the project, TriHealth will construct a two-story addition on the side of the existing building to accommodate the primary care physicians and expanded cancer services, including radiation oncology and an infusion center. Overall, the expansion will house 14 new primary care physicians — adding to the largest primary care physician network in the region — and 17 new specialists in cancer, heart, endocrinology and cosmetic surgery.
