LOTH worked to build a relationship built on trust and transparency with both White Castle and M+A Architects. White Castle moved from 80% private offices to a completely open floorplan. The CEO and her leadership team sit in the same workstation solution as the rest of the company. There was a change management program used to facilitate dialogue with the entire organization.

Social Media Campaign

The above video features the LOTH Columbus team professing their love for White Castle. We launched an internal social media campaign complete with the hashtag, #TeamLOTHGoesToWhiteCastle, in attempt to catch the attention of both White Castle and M+A Architects. The campaign spurred conversation among our A&D friends and was a welcome addition to our submittal package for the bid.
