Heartland Bank relocated its operations from Gahanna. Their new space features an ample number of meeting spaces, training rooms, a fitness center, access to a nearby park and a ground-floor bank branch. A work café and game room are also welcome additions to the workplace.
LOTH provided all private office furniture, custom reception areas, a custom 25′ boardroom table, and all of the lounge furnishings.
A tight budget and intense bid process didn’t deter the LOTH team from delivering a clear response and thorough product presentation.
The client agreed to lower panel heights and added quite a bit of glass in the private offices to keep an open feeling. The effort is to enhance collaboration and culture among employees.
The Heartland Bank team was able to get a feel of Steelcase and LOTH culture from our newly renovated Grandview Work Studio. Our open feel proved to be successful in encouraging employee engagement.
