Pregnancy Center East

The LOTH team kicked off this project relationship with bringing the client into the Work Studio space to find out more about the passion behind the project, and key issues the new space needed to address. Being in the healthcare market, the Pregnancy Center East team needed a unique space that allowed them to create a warm and inviting environment for their clients. The plan provided a benching solution that can accommodate the number of volunteers at the center on any given day, a large workstation that met the needs of the Office Manager, and fresh private offices for all employees.

LOTH acquired partnership with Pregnancy Center East through key industry relationships in the Cincinnati market. Our design team was able to work within the specified budget, utilizing flexible products from Steelcase, HON, Global and other manufacturer partners.

LOTH’s SWS team played a critical role in the process – move management services provided by the LOTH team allowed for the client to have a streamlined experience utilizing one source for all their project needs. In addition, the project collaborated with Mr. David’s Flooring to close the vendor gap and extend efficiency of selecting LOTH as one unit for the project.
