G&J Pepsi:
Cincinnati Office

Challenge

G&J Pepsi recognized that its flagship location had gone over a decade without renovation and no longer reflected its strong brand image. In addition, the outdated design failed to meet the needs of a modern workforce. This created challenges in attracting and retaining top talent. It also made it difficult to bridge generational gaps among employees. Therefore, G&J Pepsi sought a cost-conscious, timely solution. They wanted to revitalize the space while staying true to its brand identity.

Vision

The project aimed to create a refreshed, modern workplace that represented G&J Pepsi’s values and culture. It also sought to adapt to current workstyles. The goal was to design a functional yet visually compelling space. This new space would enhance employee experience and support collaboration. Moreover, it would embody the company’s brand for both staff and visiting partners.

Collaboration

LOTH was selected after a competitive bidding process. They stood out for their ability to offer budget-friendly solutions with on-time delivery. Additionally, they captured the brand aesthetic. The partnership was strengthened through a showroom visit in Cincinnati. There, G&J experienced LOTH’s capabilities firsthand. The design team developed a strategic plan. This plan included height-adjustable desks for private offices and dedicated huddle rooms for collaboration. It also offered an upgraded training room and a statement boardroom featuring a custom live-edge table. Furthermore, there was a welcoming breakroom to support employee well-being.

Result

The completed renovation transformed G&J Pepsi’s headquarters into a modern, functional, and brand-forward workplace. This new space supports today’s dynamic work environment. Employees now benefit from flexible, collaborative spaces and improved amenities. Furthermore, visitors experience a setting that truly reflects the G&J Pepsi identity. The refreshed design helps foster connection. It also positions the company as an attractive place to work for years to come.
