Liberty Township

Challenge

Liberty Township needed to downsize while still creating a functional and updated workspace for staff. The challenge was to blend existing furniture with new solutions that refreshed the overall aesthetic and met budgetary requirements.​

Vision

The goal was to provide a professional, flexible environment that supported collaborative work, multigenerational employees, and brand presence. Liberty Township wanted a cost-conscious solution that maximized the use of current assets while still delivering a polished, modern feel.​

Collaboration

LOTH partnered closely with Liberty Township to align on layout adjustments and product selections, maintaining project focus throughout the process. By leveraging strong manufacturer relationships with Global, HON, and others, the team provided a blended solution that stayed within budget while upgrading the workspace.​

Result

The completed space supports staff with a balanced mix of private offices, cubicle workstations, huddle rooms, and collaborative lounge areas. With 22 private offices, 8 cubicle workstations, 5 huddle rooms, 5 lounges, and 4 conference rooms, Liberty Township now has a refreshed administrative building designed for long-term functionality and employee success.​
