Altafiber, a leading telecommunications company, partnered with LOTH, to provide comprehensive furniture and furniture design services for the renovation of its downtown headquarters in Atrium Two. The project aimed to align the office space with new hybrid work models and create a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Challenge

​Altafiber needed to renovate its downtown headquarters to better support hybrid work, improve customer experience, and optimize its existing space. The goal was to create a dynamic, collaborative workplace with flexible solutions and a polished, brand-aligned aesthetic.​

Vision

The company envisioned a modern office where employees could easily shift between focused work, collaboration, and informal interactions. The new space needed to enhance teamwork, elevate client-facing areas, and reflect Altafiber’s identity through thoughtful furniture selections and finishes.​

Collaboration

LOTH partnered with red Elevar Design to deliver a solution that addressed the company’s key goals: enhanced collaboration, improved customer experience, space optimization, flexible workspaces, and aesthetic appeal. The design team conducted comprehensive space planning to improve flow and maximize efficiency while maintaining adaptability for future growth. A curated mix of ergonomic seating, collaborative workstations, lounge areas, and custom furniture solutions was integrated with existing inventory to ensure a cohesive look. Modern technology features, such as connectivity ports, cable management, and multimedia integration, were built into the furniture to support seamless communication and productivity.​

Result

The renovated headquarters now offers a flexible, future-ready environment that supports collaboration, enhances the customer experience, and makes efficient use of space. With a cohesive mix of new and existing furniture, modern technology integration, and a refreshed aesthetic, the workplace reflects Altafiber’s brand while boosting productivity and employee engagement.
