The challenge was to create a design that balanced private offices, focused work areas, and client-facing spaces—all while reinforcing the firm’s culture of transparency and excellence.

Collaboration
LOTH introduced Ascend Advisory Group to our Columbus Work Studio, showcasing potential solutions and a completed project within their target building. Impressed with LOTH’s collaborative approach, the team partnered with us, Darin Ranker Architects, and Lincoln Construction to curate tailored furniture and workspace strategies, including private offices, huddle rooms, and welcoming lounge areas.
Result
The finished office provides a mix of curated personal offices, strategic conference rooms, and inviting lounge spaces designed to meet diverse needs. With 30 offices, 4 lounges, 2 huddle rooms, and 3 conference rooms, Ascend Advisory Group’s new headquarters reflects their brand identity while offering employees and clients a modern, functional workplace.
