- relocation: move downtown from Cincinnati Bell’s Norwood office and expand its space in the Atrium Two building to 22,000 sq ft
 - new hires: reduce private offices but expand amount of workstations for 600 new employees
 - cost-savings: create combination workstations using Repeat Performance and new Steelcase products
 
Result:
- modernize: transform Cincinnati Bell space from an outdated traditional design to an open, collaborative, shared space that supports their new culture
 - technology: our ewt technology partner provided high-tech conference and huddle rooms with schedulers that can be easily reserved through Outlook
