Challenge
As a new construction project, Big Walnut High School required a furniture solution that could support a growing demand for collaborative learning while remaining consistent with established district design standards. The project also faced logistical hurdles, including extended manufacturer lead times and construction setbacks, requiring careful planning and flexibility to stay on track.

Vision
The district envisioned a modern, future-ready high school that fostered collaboration, adaptability, and student engagement. Spaces needed to seamlessly integrate proven design elements from other district buildings while introducing furniture solutions that could evolve with changing educational needs.

Collaboration
Building on a trusted relationship from prior district projects, LOTH worked closely with district officials to develop a comprehensive furniture plan for the new high school. Through ongoing coordination with stakeholders and manufacturers, the team proactively adjusted schedules and specifications to address delays while maintaining the integrity of the overall design.

Result
Despite supply chain and construction challenges, LOTH successfully delivered furniture solutions that support collaborative learning and align with the district’s design vision. The completed spaces provide flexible, functional environments that enhance the student experience and demonstrate the value of a long-standing partnership built on reliability and expertise.
