Kyla specializes in workspace, education, and healthcare environments. Kyla is also a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner. Her extensive background in human research and designing spaces that shape behavior, has helped clients navigate the complexity of space and change. Most recently, Kyla was a task force member on LOTH’s return to work strategies, as well as an active coach to leaders throughout Columbus on their own return to work initiatives and implementation.
