FC Cincinnati:
TQL Stadium

Challenge

This high-profile, fast-paced initiative had strict performance standards and a well-defined budget. Additionally, there was a non-negotiable timeline. As construction milestones advanced over 15 months, the team faced added complexity. This included integrating high-traffic commercial furniture into a premier MLS venue. LOTH needed to deliver a comprehensive solution that met design, durability, and logistical demands.

Vision

The goal was to create an elite stadium experience rooted in Cincinnati’s culture. At the same time, it had to reflect Major League Soccer’s brand identity. The FCC team prioritized locally sourced solutions. Furthermore, they sought a furniture package that was stylish and functional. It also had to withstand high-volume use.

Collaboration

LOTH was selected to join a distinguished team that included The Parker Company, Machete Group, and global design firm Populous. Working closely with all stakeholders, LOTH invited the FCC team to the Cincinnati Work Studio. There, they could review, test, and evaluate demo samples.

Result

The final solution delivered a seamless blend of over 1,900 furniture pieces from 20+ manufacturers. This aligned with the project’s vision and commercial standards. By leveraging strong supplier partnerships and purchasing volume, LOTH secured more than $300,000 in cost savings. As a result, the project had a custom solution that brought the spirit of Cincinnati to life within a world-class MLS stadium. It was completed on time and within budget.
