For over 20 years, LOTH has partnered with the Joseph Auto Group to create innovative environments. These environments elevate the automotive customer experience. In this case, the Genesis of North Cincinnati dealership emerged as a particularly high-profile project. Here, strict adherence to showroom furnishing guidelines was balanced with budget, aesthetics, and functionality.

Vision

The goal was to create a sophisticated, customer-focused space that reflects Genesis’s luxury brand standards. As a result, every element from executive offices to lounge seating was designed to reinforce comfort, style, and quality. At the same time, every detail also supports seamless dealership operations.

Collaboration

LOTH partnered with Elevar Design Group and Joseph Auto Group to align on design, cost, and brand requirements. As a result, by recommending creative alternatives—such as laminate worksurfaces in place of veneer—the team achieved meaningful cost savings. Even with these savings, they still preserved the high-end aesthetic Genesis demands.

Result

The finished dealership is a welcoming, upscale environment that fully embodies the Genesis brand promise. Through thoughtful planning, efficient execution, and strong collaboration, LOTH delivered a polished showroom and workspace.
