Challenge
Hillman Group wanted a new headquarters that reflected an elevated, high-design aesthetic while enticing employees back to the office. The challenge was to create a flexible environment that accommodated day-to-day needs, supported collaboration, and aligned with their brand identity.
Vision
The goal was to design a space that captured Hillman’s open, industrial style and reinforced who they are as a company. The new workplace needed to prioritize attraction and retention, provide engaging collaborative areas, and feature finishes and furnishings that felt modern and inspiring.
Collaboration
LOTH partnered with Wood Architects and Hillman to deliver thoughtful solutions throughout the 121-workstation, 40-office space. Our team added Casper Cloaking technology for privacy, incorporated natural greenery with Urban Blooms planters, and curated a blended furniture solution from brands like Steelcase, AMQ, Enwork, and West Elm.
Result
The completed headquarters provides a vibrant and functional environment that supports teamwork, productivity, and employee well-being. With collaborative hubs, private offices, and inviting lounges, the space has become a destination workplace that attracts talent while showcasing Hillman’s brand and culture.
