Horan needed to consolidate two separate Cincinnati offices into one headquarters that could better support collaboration, accommodate growth, and enhance employee retention. LOTH was selected to lead the workplace consulting, design integration, and move management strategy to ensure the transition was seamless and efficient.

The vision was to create a headquarters that balanced brand identity with functionality, offering employees a modern environment that supported well-being and engagement. LOTH’s design and furniture expertise provided the foundation for introducing flexible private offices, collaborative hubs, and height-adjustable solutions to meet Horan’s goals for health, satisfaction, and productivity.
Collaboration
LOTH hosted Horan at our Cincinnati Work Studio to explore design solutions firsthand, inspiring the client to rethink their workplace approach. From design alignment to procurement, warehousing, and phased installation, LOTH worked side-by-side with HORAN to deliver a thoughtful solution that minimized disruption and maximized impact.
Result
The completed headquarters reflects Horan’s culture of partnership and innovation through high-quality furnishings, environmental graphics, and functional space planning.
