Mona Dermatology

Challenge

Mona Dermatology aimed to renovate their space to better reflect their brand, enhance space utilization, and support talent attraction and retention in a highly competitive healthcare market.​

Vision

The goal was to create an aspirational, hospitality-inspired environment aligned with the Mona Dermatology tagline, “Healthy, Beautiful Skin.” The design needed to balance warmth and luxury with the durability required in a healthcare setting.​

Collaboration

WorK Architecture guided the client through the dealership selection process, with Mona ultimately selecting LOTH after visiting the Work Studio. LOTH led a detailed product selection process and partnered with Urban Blooms to install a preserved flower living wall. LOTH’s in-house carpenter also crafted a custom steam-bent wood “Mona” logo feature for the lobby, reinforcing brand identity and biophilic design.​

Result

The final solution delivered a cohesive, hotel-like atmosphere across the renovated space, including one private office and three lounge areas. LOTH blended multiple manufacturers to meet design, performance, and budget goals—offering a unique, branded experience that supports both staff and client wellbeing.​
