Sync Workstation by Steelcase Health
Sync is a modular workstation system designed specifically to support clinicians in action — helping with charting, technology use, collaboration, and patient care — while offering ergonomic, flexible, and future-ready settings in clinical environments.

Key Features:
- Adaptable / Configurable Work Surfaces: Sync offers single-leg, double-sided, or single-sided base options. Surfaces support different tasks (interaction, charting, transaction) to match the clinician’s workflow.
- Height Adjustability & Ergonomics: Work surfaces can be adjusted (manual touch-control), allowing sitting, standing, or “perching” to suit task type and user preference. Monitor arms are adjustable for optimal sightlines. Foot-ring support helps relieve strain when standing.
- Flexible Layout — Centralized or Decentralized: Sync can be configured as a central nurse-station or decentralized workstation; the modular design supports reconfiguration when needs or staff change.
- Technology & Utility Integration: Designed to support power/data hard-wiring, monitor mounts, cable and tool organization (e.g. slatwall for accessories), enabling a clean, tech-ready workspace.
- Multiple Size/Shape Options: Workstations come in many configurations — base depths and widths vary depending on single- or double-sided, single-leg or other base types. For example: double-sided base depths of 49.5″, 84″, 96″, or 108″; surface heights of 36″ or 42″ (upper) and 28.5″ or 36″ (lower) on double-sided units.
Ideal For:
Hospitals, clinics, or other healthcare settings requiring flexible nurse-stations or caregiver workspaces — especially where clinicians need to switch between charting, computer work, patient interaction, and collaboration. Also useful in environments expecting frequent reconfiguration or growth, or integrating evolving technology.
Available Options:
Sync can be configured as single-leg, single-sided, or double-sided workstations, with fixed or adjustable heights and a wide range of surface widths, depths, and task-oriented top shapes. Additional options include monitor arms, slatwall accessories, integrated power/data support, multiple laminate or solid-surface finishes, foot-ring support, and various technology or workflow accessories to tailor each unit to clinical needs.
