Challenge
When Miller Valentine Construction envisioned the Jeff on 10th space, they aimed to develop a mixed-use luxury apartment community. Their goal was to redefine modern living. The challenge was to design and execute an expansive 5,940 sq. ft. of interior amenity spaces, along with 11,348 sq. ft. of outdoor space. At the same time, they had to ensure seamless project coordination and timely delivery of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
Vision
The vision was to create a dynamic, relaxing living space that combined modern luxury with convenient, high-quality amenities. This approach would give residents a vibrant and functional place to call home.
Collaboration
LOTH was selected as the trusted partner to manage the furnishing, procurement, and installation of all FF&E items. The LOTH team provided a turnkey solution, offering detailed budgeting, warehousing, model room staging, and phased delivery. They scheduled each step to align with the construction timeline. Close coordination with the construction services team (SWS) ensured efficient execution. As a result, this minimized coordination challenges.
Result
The collaboration between Miller Valentine and LOTH resulted in a beautifully furnished and thoughtfully designed living community. The Jeff on 10th project came to life with seamless execution, bringing the developer’s vision to fruition.
