Challenge
Miller Valentine Construction aimed to develop a mixed-use luxury apartment community that would redefine modern living. The challenge was to design and execute an expansive 5,940 sq. ft. of interior amenity spaces, along with 11,348 sq. ft. of outdoor space, while ensuring seamless project coordination and timely delivery of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).
Vision
The vision was to create a dynamic, relaxing living space that combined modern luxury with convenient, high-quality amenities giving residents a vibrant and functional place to call home.
Collaboration
LOTH was selected as the trusted partner to manage the furnishing, procurement, and installation of all FF&E items. The LOTH team provided a turnkey solution, offering detailed budgeting, warehousing, model room staging, and phased delivery to align with the construction timeline. Close coordination with the construction services team (SWS) ensured efficient execution and minimized coordination challenges.
