Challenge
TriHealth needed a partner capable of delivering large-scale interior space solutions across four new buildings to support their growing network and expanding access to care throughout Cincinnati. The project required spaces that could enhance patient experience while also supporting staff retention, collaboration, and wellbeing.
Vision
The goal was to create modern, high-performance healthcare environments that balance focused work with collaborative care delivery. Spaces were designed to attract top talent, support evolving clinical workflows, and reflect TriHealth’s commitment to patient-centered care across both primary and specialty services.
Collaboration
LOTH partnered with TriHealth’s project team to design functional, flexible environments. Key solutions included SnapCab pods for telehealth and physician dictation, Steelcase furnishings for office areas, and OFS Carolina pieces for welcoming, comfortable lobby spaces. Features like a live plant wall, 25-bay infusion center, and new CT + imaging areas supported the design intent.
Result
The campus supports 14 primary care physicians and 17 specialists, enhancing TriHealth’s reach and reinforcing a welcoming, high-performing care environment. The tailored, scalable solution helped meet growth goals while creating a welcoming and efficient space for both patients and staff.
