Warehouse 72

Challenge

Warehouse 72 reimagined its hospitality space while navigating budget constraints, long lead times, and a tight construction schedule. Meanwhile, the team delivered a compelling and functional design that elevated the guest experience. They did so without compromising on cost or opening timelines.

Vision

The vision was to create an inviting and memorable dining destination that reflected the restaurant’s bold, modern identity. In addition, the goal was to balance warmth, comfort, and visual impact across both indoor and outdoor spaces. The team also aimed to maintain operational efficiency.

Collaboration

LOTH partnered closely with Rowe Creative and BLD Brands to bring the restaurant’s vision to life through a comprehensive furniture and FF&E solution. Along the way, working hand-in-hand with the design team, LOTH provided guidance on budgeting. They also advised on product selection and creative sourcing—including repurposing select existing furnishings. This approach ultimately maximized value without sacrificing aesthetics.

Result

Completed in August 2024, Warehouse 72 now welcomes guests into a thoughtfully curated hospitality environment that blends style, comfort, and functionality. Through strategic sourcing and strong coordination with WorkWiser Services for warehousing, delivery, and installation, the project was delivered on schedule. As a result, it was also completed within budget—just in time for the bistro’s grand opening.
