PatientPoint
PatientPoint wanted a space that felt industrial and high-tech when moving into the Kenwood Collection office space, originally marked for retail use. The new open design and collaborative work spaces have changed the feeling of working for the growing technology company for the better. A growing amount of collaborative work and the need for more areas to fulfill team spaces, wanting to attract and retain talent, building their brand and using their space as a tool, along with designing for their work environment all contributed to what was needed in the end result of this project.

“With moving to such a distinct office space, LOTH was able to capture our vision of a fresh and modern appeal, for a seamless coordination of aesthetics in our new environment for our team members and guests to enjoy.”
Gwen Kirles, Director, Financial Planning + Analysis, PatientPoint

Employee Involvement Was Key In Creating The New Space
All of the common area / collaborative spaces were chosen by the employees via a voting system. They chose a theme of inspirational and mythical places – some from movies and tv shows. This got the employees invested in their new space and created a positive energy.

“The client came during the bid process (and after) and was always very inspired by the showroom. We had great meetings using CET to show what their new space would look like and had a workshop here [LOTH] with their team to select furniture finishes.”
Laurel Gibson, Senior Interior Designer, LOTH, Inc.

163 Workstations
A very open, collaborative setting and a space to wow their customers highlighting their craft and creativity was a must-have.

22 Private Offices
Relocating to a larger space, PatientPoint selected 3 floors in the Kenwood Collection building, originally allocated for retail.

8 Meeting Spaces
The “Atlantis” in the front of the office has garage style doors opening up to a mock patient room to show perspective clients.

Cafe Area + Reception
LOTH wasn’t the least expensive company to bid on this project, but the client believed our team would provide the best solution.

“You can’t come in here and not feel energized.”
Mike Collette, CEO, PatientPoint
