LOTH partnered with Abbott Nutrition to reimagine the workspace at Abbott Nutrition’s Columbus, Ohio headquarters. This 28,000 sq ft project centered on creating a people-centric office design that supports collaboration, focus, and agility across teams. The result is a flexible, inspiring workplace that enhances productivity and reflects Abbott Nutrition’s culture of innovation.
Challenge
Abbott Nutrition’s growing Columbus workforce required a workplace that moved beyond traditional office layouts. The core challenge was to replace outdated, static workspace planning with a dynamic design that enables cross-department collaboration, improves workflow, and promotes employee wellbeing. Additionally, the space needed to accommodate diverse workstyles—from individual focus to team interaction—while remaining cost-effective and future-ready.
