KKG was referred to us through our Real Estate Liasion. The client previously had an old Victorian home with ample charm as their workplace. Replicating that feel with corporate furniture in a new build posed a challenge and forced LOTH to think outside the box for different product offerings.

Creative Thinking

LOTH provided a residential feel with contract furniture. We took the design intent very seriously and went the extra mile in researching appropriate product lines to use. 

Inspired by LOTH’s Own Space

The clients visited our Grandview Work Studio and loved being able to see a space with a similar feel as their new space. They appreciated our process and the ability to see various lines of product in person. 

The new space is an open workplace with high-end finishes in an excellent location that offers beautiful views – Dublin’s Bridge Street District. 

KKG brought a lot of their archives to the new space and intentionally placed them throughout their office. The items pay tribute to their roots and act as a reminder to their team of who they are and where they came from.
