Tisdel Distributing

Challenge

Tisdel Distributing needed a new space that could serve multiple purposes. The environment had to function as a working showroom, demonstration kitchen, and office, all within one cohesive footprint. At the same time, the space needed to withstand daily food and beverage use while still feeling warm, refined, and inviting. Most importantly, Tisdel wanted a setting that felt truly unique and unlike a traditional office or showroom.

Vision

From the start, the vision was to create an aspirational destination. One that would impress clients while supporting employees day to day. The showroom was designed to feature multiple kitchen vignettes in a range of styles, from traditional to contemporary to European. Throughout the space, the aesthetic leaned modern and elevated, with a strong emphasis on durability, craftsmanship, and hospitality-inspired design.

Collaboration

LOTH partnered with Platte Architecture + Design to align the furniture package with the overall design vision. Together, the teams curated high-end solutions for ancillary spaces, selecting materials and forms rarely seen in traditional office settings. LOTH focused on creating a modern, European feel in the private offices while ensuring every piece delivered durability, performance, and visual impact. Each furniture selection reinforced the space as both a working environment and an aspirational destination for clients.

Result

Completed in March 2021, the 25,000-square-foot space now functions as both a working showroom and an inspiring workplace for 35 employees. The environment delivers a distinctive, high-end experience that immediately sets Tisdel Distributing apart. Clients enter a space that feels elevated, welcoming, and memorable. At the same time, employees benefit from a thoughtfully designed workplace that supports daily operations while reinforcing the brand’s commitment to quality and design excellence.
