Challenge
As Ascend Advisory Group outgrew their space, they needed a branded office that fit their evolving needs. The team had to balance private offices, focus areas, and client-facing spaces. At the same time, the design needed to reflect a culture of transparency and excellence.

Vision
The goal was to deliver an office that supported productivity, collaboration, and client engagement. Ascend Advisory Group sought a space that not only functioned efficiently but also reflected their professional identity and values through innovative design.

Collaboration
LOTH introduced Ascend Advisory Group to the Columbus Work Studio. There, the team explored potential solutions and toured a completed project in the target building. As a result, Ascend partnered with LOTH, Darin Ranker Architects, and Lincoln Construction. Together, the team curated tailored furniture and workspace strategies. These included private offices, huddle rooms, and welcoming lounge areas.

Result
The finished office provides a mix of curated personal offices, strategic conference rooms, and inviting lounge spaces designed to meet diverse needs. With 30 offices, 4 lounges, 2 huddle rooms, and 3 conference rooms, Ascend’s new headquarters reflects their brand identity while offering employees and clients a modern, functional workplace.
