Through a strong partnership with LOTH, the Cincinnati Bengals reimagined the Paycor Stadium club spaces to create a high-quality experience for fans. Ultimately, the results successfully advanced key goals of fan growth, premium value, and hospitality.
Challenge
As the Cincinnati Bengals’ premium fan base continues to grow, the organization faced an opportunity to reimagine the club experience at Paycor Stadium. The challenge was to modernize existing spaces, increase seating capacity, improve guest circulation, and create a more cohesive hospitality environment elevating the overall fan experience.
Vision
The vision was to create a premier destination that serves as an extension of the Cincinnati Bengals brand while offering a differentiated game day experience. The renovation was designed to accommodate growing demand for premium seating and deliver a modern, comfortable environment consistent with the premium experience sought by fans.
Collaboration
LOTH, The Cincinnati Bengals, KZF Design, Warm Construction, and the project team worked collaboratively from concept through implementation. In addition, observing fan behavior during a game informed decisions around circulation, gathering areas, and seating configurations. The furniture plan was carefully developed to maximize seating while enhancing the functionality of the clubs event days.
Result
The completed Paycor Stadium club renovation exceeded expectations, delivering uniquely branded spaces that embody the Cincinnati Bengals identity. Moreover, by enhancing quality, comfort, and functionality, the project helped drive fan engagement and strengthen the value of the club-level experience.
