Challenge
FIS needed to renovate its Strategic Technology and Innovation Campus quickly—accelerating a six-year plan into six months—while 1,500 employees were working remotely due to COVID.
Vision
The goal was to create a flexible, future-ready workplace that encouraged collaboration, supported hybrid work, and made employees excited to return to the office.
Collaboration
FIS partnered with LOTH, Steelcase, and BHDP to design a workplace with both open and private areas, ergonomic features like height-adjustable desks, and flexible workstations for non-daily office users.
Result
The rapid renovation transformed the space into a modern, collaborative hub that reflects new ways of working, improves employee wellbeing, and supports FIS’s global workforce and innovation goals.
