LOTH worked with Great American Insurance Group to renovate the Dixie Terminal North 4th Floor into a workplace that balances collaboration, focused work and engagement. The result is a modern environment that enhances a cultural experience.
Challenge
Great American Insurance Group’s IT department needed a workplace that better supported collaboration and flexibility. The team wanted to replace traditional workspaces with neighborhood-style environments that encourage teamwork while maintaining space for focused work.
Vision
They envisioned a community-focused workplace where teams could easily connect, collaborate, and adapt throughout the day. The design emphasized the culture, flexibility, and overall welcoming employee experience at Great American Insurance Group.
Collaboration
LOTH partnered with BHDP Architecture to bring the vision to life through workplace planning, furniture specification, and installation. A curated mix of Steelcase, OFS, Watson, Stylex, NaughtOne, Davis Furniture, JSI, Andreu World, 9to5 Seating, Great Openings, and other furnishings created collaborative neighborhoods, meeting spaces, and individual work settings that support the IT team’s evolving needs.
Result
The completed 21,000-square-foot renovation delivers a modern workplace that strengthens collaboration and enhances the employee experience.
