PNC Tower

Our goal with this project was to update the common spaces to drive a better tenant experience for those within the PNC Tower. The client, Group RMC Corp, was looking to enhance these spaces to draw in a “wow factor” for both visitors and tenants. One of the discussion points during the project process was the varied activities that took place within these spaces, and was a focus of the LOTH design team to develop a blended-use solution for eating, working, and entertaining within the spaces.

Working alongside the property management team and BHDP, we collaborated around the design intent while making selections that aligned with the budget the client set for the project.
